		<description>Good list.  I think you should think about how you&#039;re going to achieve 6 and 3 by setting specific goals for them.

For example, what days will you spend outside time with the girls?  How long are you wanting to stay out?  That way you can measure how well you&#039;re sticking to it.

For getting 7 hours, does that mean you&#039;re going to bed earlier or sleeping later?  How much earlier?  How much later?  

Ha, we&#039;ll totally talk about this later, but just some food for thought.</description>
